Less Crowd Noise Means More Time for Candidates to Answer Questions at Planned Presidential Debate: Analyst

Two presidential debates have now been scheduled, with the first set for June. President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump have accepted invitations from CNN and ABC News in what is likely to prove a battle for hearts and minds—and votes.

Mike Leon, NTD contributor and the director of policy and strategy at the Free and Equal Elections Foundation, as well as the host of the “Can We Please Talk?” news commentary podcast, says the format of not having an audience present will eliminate a lot of the crowd noise that plagued the GOP primary debates this cycle, and give candidates more time to answer questions.
